The café holds 42 inside, plus 12 on the patio. We host bridal showers, family birthdays, supper clubs, and corporate breakfasts. Bring your own playlist; we'll pull espresso until midnight.

Frequently asked.

Do you take walk-ins?

Always — the case is open from 7am. For dine-in tables on weekends (after 10am) we recommend reserving online to avoid the wait.

Can I order a cake same-day?

Whole cakes need 24 hours notice minimum, and big custom cakes need 3 weeks. The case usually has slices and small whole cakes (6") that you can grab without an order.

Do you have vegan / gluten-free options?

Yes — we have a daily vegan section (look for the green tags), and most cakes can be made gluten-free with one week's notice. We are not a dedicated GF facility, however.

Do you ship across the country?

Not yet — we want every torta to arrive looking like it left us. We do same-day delivery within 30 km via courier.

Where do your ingredients come from?

Papelón, queso blanco, and harina P.A.N. come from importers who work directly with Venezuelan family farms. Coffee from a single co-op in Mérida. Dairy and produce, local.

Do you offer baking classes?

Once a month, on a Monday (our rest day). Cachito mornings, tres leches afternoons, golfeado evenings. Limited to 8 students. Email hola@dolceandbake.cafe to be added to the list.
